Founded by Antonio and Nathalie, Antprise was inspired by their own journey as parents raising four daughters. They understand the need for quality, affordable housing—and how hard it can be for new investors to break into the space.
Our name combines the diligence of the ant with the word prise which means to use force in order to move or open. Like the ant in Proverbs 6, we work with wisdom, unity, and foresight—bringing people together to build something greater.

We aim to deliver 5–8% annual cash returns, typically distributed every quarter. On top of that, we target a 12–15% internal rate of return (IRR) over 5–10 years, depending on the deal. These returns come from a combination of rental income and appreciation. We’re not promising overnight success—but we are committed to consistent, steady growth.
